...SET for automatized phase production with handly feeding is special SW function which is connected to the additional set of the pneumatic valves. This function provides automatic clamping of tube by pneumatic clamping system completely without operator intervention. Then the machine automatically goes into the welding process. This software function requires additional modification of the machine construction which must be designed as custom made and always exactly according to the parameters of the welded tubes. For this function is always necessary to consult its requirements and it is not always possible to equip the machine with this functionality due to its complexity.

 

  • After inserting the tube onto welding thorn and switching the working cycle direct command is issued to pressing the pressure segments of the pneumatic clamping system on the right side.
  • The machine automatically calculate time for pressing the left pressure segments. In this time centering bar is lifted and tube is automatically seated in the time between the pressing of the right and left pressure segments.
  • After pressing the left pressure segments the welding process is automatically started.
