...Option is designed for support of the product, its fixation and regulation of pressure to the welded product.

 

  • SYNCHRONIZED DRIVE OF THE TAILSTOCK is functional option of the machine enabling supporting the product as well as pressure of tailstock.

  • Both drives are synchronized and designed as backlash - free. The gearbox is driven by step motor by which the system of tooth belt is being driven. The major spindle and the tailstock itself are equipped with shaft enabling mountage of the universal chuck of 125 mm and with the hole of 28mm.

  • Tailstock is equipped with a brake and its pressure is designed as  linear with drawbar with precise mechanical adjustment of the pressure force by nut and lever, or with standard pneumatical cylinder (stroke of cylinder is set as custom made).
